A new sign welcomes visitors, contributed by the Yarborough family, whose story was featured in an article in the Herald-Sun in March 2000.    Descendants of people buried in the cemetery came to plant and restore beauty to gravesites and their markers.   OWDNA president John Schelp speaks with a local reporter on the history of the site.   The rusted iron fencing receives a fresh coat of paint. An OWD resident pulls trash from the brush.   There were plenty of branches to clear away from prior storms (above) and brush to clip away from headstones (below).
