The Independent Honors OWDNA

1998 Citizen's Award was presented
at the publication's annual holiday party.

It was a festive night at the old Durham Armory. OWDNA was feted for its work in the neighborhood. The 1998 Citizen's Award was presented to Betty Greene, Kelly Jarrett and the members of OWD. As you can see, everyone enjoyed the evening celebrated the neighborhood motto of "Diversity, Harmony and Community."
